Career Opportunity:

We are currently recruiting a Senior Corporate Legal Officer for our Luxembourg office. The successful candidate will provide legal and administrative support to Client Services. He/she is in charge of the day-to-day management of assigned companies.


You will have the following responsibilities:

  • Administer the legal and corporate requirements of a diverse client portfolio
  • Undertake employee mandates and secondment assignments with clients, ensuring effective service delivery and business continuity of their organization
  • Prepare, track and complete legal documentation and ensure its proper execution 
  • Provide prompt and accurate ad hoc legal and compliance information as requested by internal and external teams
  • Prepare meeting agendas and board packs and ensure accurate minute taking 
  • Track and monitor the accuracy of legal documents and corporate governance
  • Assist clients in the execution of their legal obligations; follow-up legal and other company records and update legal files
  • Maintain the required statutory registers, ensuring the timely filing of returns with the Trade and Companies Register
  • Update statutory and other information contained on various databases
  • Provide support with acquisition and disposal of assets
  • Provide support with the incorporation of new companies and coordinate with third parties and fund teams to ensure timely and correct completion
  • Know and apply procedures implemented within the Company
  • Review drafted legal documentation (resolutions, minutes, agreements…)


Your skills: 

  • A background in law with knowledge of Luxembourg
  • A minimum of 6 years’ experience in a corporate legal role
  • Fund Knowledge is an asset 
  • Strong company secretarial experience
  • Ability to develop and manage client relationships
  • Fluent in English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to communicate in an international working environment with all levels of staff
  • Highly motivated and pro-active with the ability to prioritise workloads to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
